Maggy (MySQL Application GTK Gui builder) is an advanced tool to help building an application around a MySQL database.
It is NOT another gui tool to manage your database, there are lots of them around (example : Control Center or Query Browser ).
It is intended to build the application the users will use to get the information from your database, or to update data.
Written in PHP-GTK2 , it is NOT a web based program, but must be installed on the computer which runs it. But it can use a database installed either on the computer or anywhere else (on Internet or on a LAN).

The version 0.9 will be published end July. The engine in this version is complete, and it will be the last step to a 1.0 version.

Presently the doc is in French. An English translation will be started asap.
